Well, I sold pocketblogger.net this weekend. I had a good offer, and I took the guy up on it. I havent done much with the site in a while, but it was still getting good traffic, etc. I still have the program/code (I didnt sell that, just the domain and website currently there) – so i might just create a subdomain on stevienova – pb.stevienova.com or something, we’ll see 🙂
I just released PocketBlogger 1.3 which adds support for MSN Spaces. Here is my post over at pocketblogger.net if anyone is interested
Haven’t posted much up here lately, I have been really busy with PocketBlogger. 4500 hits in less than a week, I never would have thunk it. Between that and being swamped at work, it just seems like there is no time lately. Need to get an oil change, and taxes done, new drivers license, insurance updated, etc.
A lot of cool things have been up lately too, CTIA in New Orleans, tons of new gadgets, the Atom API was finally updated by blogger.com, IE7 Details are leaking out like a sieve, VB Developers want VB 6 to stay (I have no clue why, compared to VB.net it sucks hind t*t)
Changes in version 1.1
* ability to save username/password
* ability to paste into entry screens
* get recent posts (title and date) and then edit and delete
paste function will paste over everything written in entry box, so it would be best to write your whole entry in another text editor if you want to go that route.
saving username/password should work, if you are having issues with that, let me know and I can look into it. the program will connect to web on start and exit to save password locally encrypted.
still no setup program, but two dll files have been added, so you need to copy the exe and the 2 dll’s to the folder of your choice on your PPC for pocket blogger to work…
Well, the last few weeks, I have been working on a new application…PocketBlogger.
I posted awhile ago that I wanted to post to blogger from my phone, well, I went ahead and made an application. I have created a website for it
