Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty
Well, I finally beat MGS2, I have had the game for a few years, but never played it. A couple weeks ago I decided to give it a go, and finally beat it this afternoon. Took 15 hours. I only played on the “Normal” settings, but it still wasn’t a walk in the park. I remember playing MGS on PSOne back in the day, great game.
I think I will have to go out and buy MGS3: Snake Eater now!

Freaky Weather
Last night, there were tornado warnings all around St. Cloud, but none in…Just weird…I guess there were some funnel clouds and stuff too. Its kind of different than up north MN, because we rarely had tornado warnings/watches. Central MN has a lot more of the bad weather.
I have been on vacation for the last week. Good to unplug every once in a while.

Goofy Weather
WTF is up with the weather around here? 30 degrees and snow flurries one week, hot as heck the next. Rain every day! When is mother nature going to make up her mind and decide it is May and it should be pleasant outside!
Been busy playing my gamecube, Zelda Windwaker. I haven’t played much for video games in a while, since I got tired of my PS2 games and haven’t bought any new ones lately.
I am getting pretty far, so that is cool. Brings back memories of me and Spiller at Southside Park Apt’s playing N64 Zelda..in between classes, and then after class, start drinking and play Zelda all night – oh the memories!
It’s funny how most people think the dood in the game (Link) is actually Zelda. Zelda is the Princess, Link is the hero – in this version you are another guy and you go back in time and blah blah, long story. Good game though. I need to hurry up and beat it so I can play my other games.

Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy
Went to go see Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy tonight. Pretty good movie. I liked the part where they went to the “church” of the noses/handkerchief or whatever it was. I wonder if people see church today like that. From the outside looking in, church here looks just as goofy.
I heard there was going to be a trilogy, I’m sure they would be good movies.

Looks like I am an NBC guy, since all but two of the series’ that I record are on NBC. They are all dramas too, with the exception of The Simpsons and The Apprentice. Most of them are crime dramas at that (Law & Orders, Medical Investigation and Crossing Jordan, 24)
I like the fact that all the series’ I record I get the channels in HD, so they come through much clearer.
Also, I only record the new shows, not repeats…

They suck.wouldnt serve me with my paper is (i lost my id). Ultimate Sports Bar didn’t even check my ID. Pestys lost my business.
Haven’t posted much up here lately, I have been really busy with PocketBlogger. 4500 hits in less than a week, I never would have thunk it. Between that and being swamped at work, it just seems like there is no time lately. Need to get an oil change, and taxes done, new drivers license, insurance updated, etc.
A lot of cool things have been up lately too, CTIA in New Orleans, tons of new gadgets, the Atom API was finally updated by blogger.com, IE7 Details are leaking out like a sieve, VB Developers want VB 6 to stay (I have no clue why, compared to VB.net it sucks hind t*t)
